Reading Group
Dartmouth Caring’s Reading Group was specially set up for Visually Impaired Persons – we call them our VIPs – so they could go on enjoying the written word.
JOIN US FOR A GOOD READ
With a wide selection of large print books and audio books, as well as other aids to help with reading supplied by Dartmouth Library, you’ll spend an enjoyable and enlightening afternoon.
After reading the books, the group can have an informal discussion about the stories and topics covered.
The Visually Impaired Reading Group meets on the first Thursday of the month from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm at the Health and Wellbeing Centre, Wessex Way, Dartmouth, TQ6 0JL.
Tea and biscuits are provided free of charge.
Booking is not required, but please phone Dartmouth Caring on 01803 835 384 to check the dates of the next session and to let us know if you’d like to come along.
