Our volunteers are the life-blood of Dartmouth Caring.
We simply could not function without them, and the clients we serve would all be worse off. Helping out, even in a small way for a few hours a week, can make a world of difference.
With so many jobs that need doing, calling for all kinds of skills, we’d love to hear from you. Volunteering can fit seamlessly into your daily or weekly routine for as much time as you have available.
Here are some of the ways you could help
Driving our clients to their appointments – your travel costs are reimbursed
Become a befriender to one of our clients
Helping at one of our twice-weekly Lunch Clubs
Supporting our Memory Café
Helping with the Visually Impaired Reading Group
Assisting with fundraising events and fêtes
Helping us in any way you can
The work is highly rewarding and you’ll be working with a great team – all determined to make life easier for those who need help in and around Dartmouth.
For an informal no-obligation chat, pop into our office or call Dartmouth Caring on 01803 835 384. Alternatively, send us a message via our contact form. You’ll be glad you did.
