‘Taste of Dartmouth’, produced by charity Dartmouth Caring with publisher Richard Webb, features 18 of the town’s best chefs – including Mitch and Angelique’s Darren Brown - and aims to bring in funds for the charity, which helps the elderly and vulnerable adults.
The book will be released at this year’s Dartmouth Food Festival, which runs from October 19 to October 23, and is considered one of the gems of the food festival season.
The book features three-course menus produced by acclaimed chefs, also including Terrence Conran-trained Serin Aubrey, David and Holly Jones of Manna from Devon, Tom Woods of Dart Marina Hotel, Shahar Laskor of Spice Bazaar and Helen Watts of Dart to Mouth. Foreword by Joyce Molyneux.
The book showcases the breadth and depth of talent in the restaurant community in Dartmouth.
